Founded in 2016 as Fly Exclusive Aviation Services GmbH and certified by the German Civil Aviation Authority (LBA), our journey began with excellence in aviation training. With the launch of Europe’s first custom-designed Private Jet Cabin Trainer, Fly Exclusive quickly became a trusted partner for major airlines and Business Aviation clients. Yet the true insight from this path was not just in emergency drills or procedural training - it was in understanding human performance under pressure, how teams function in confined environments and what leadership looks like when the stakes are real. These insights became the DNA of Factor Human Consulting. In 2025, we officially transitioned into our new identity: a high-impact consultancy for leaders, teams and organizations who want to elevate their people strategies from reactive to regenerative.

Vivien Parcinski is a sought-after leadership expert, systems thinker, and coach with an extraordinary operational background. She brings together more than 15 years of international training expertise across 117 countries, blending the precision of aviation with deep psychological acumen. Her ability to translate high-pressure experience into business-relevant strategies makes her a unique voice in today’s leadership landscape.
Before founding Factor Human, Vivien designed and delivered EASA-certified ground training for flight crews, advised international airlines, and coached business executives across industries. Her additional experience as a corporate talent consultant provides her with keen insight into organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and the hidden patterns that make or break team performance.
From private aviation to corporate leadership, Vivien’s passion remains the same: helping individuals lead with clarity, teams grow through trust, and cultures evolve through intention.
