Vivien Parcinski is an international authority in human performance, aviation behavior and leadership culture. Over 17 years in Business Aviation and 12 years as an EASA/FAA-aligned instructor shaped her expertise in Human Factors, CRM, aviation safety and psychology as well as behavioral coaching.
She has trained and advised flight crews, leadership teams, FBOs, high-reliability organizations and UHNW service groups across Europe and the Middle East. Known for her clarity, emotional intelligence and uncompromising operational standards, she combines aviation discipline with modern leadership science.
Based on thousands of hours coaching pilots, executives and high-responsibility professionals, Vivien developed the Factor Human Model™, a three-dimensional framework that turns awareness, behavioral precision and operational discipline into measurable excellence. She supports organizations at every level, from frontline teams to executive boards.
