General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Factor Human Consulting LLC

§1 Scope: These GTC apply to all offers, services, and contracts of Factor Human Consulting related to training, coaching, e-learning programs, and consulting services – both in-person and online.

 

§2 Registration and Contract Formation:  Course registration may occur in writing, online, or via email. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration.

 

§3 Services: The type, scope, and structure of trainings are based on the published offering or the individual agreement with the client.

 

§4 Participation Requirements: Participants are expected to actively engage in the training. A stable internet connection is required for online formats.

 

§5 Cancellation / Withdrawal: Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the course start date. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full fee will be invoiced.

 

§6 Liability: We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in our services, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

 

§7 Data Protection: Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

§8 Jurisdiction: The place of jurisdiction is Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The applicable law is that of the UAE, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
