    No, course access is limited to the purchaser only. Sharing links or login details violates our terms and conditions.
  • How do I access an online course after purchase?
    After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique access link to your course. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
  • Can I get a refund for an online course?
    Due to the nature of digital products, online courses are non-refundable once access has been provided. However, courses can be rescheduled if necessary.
  • What happens if I cannot attend my scheduled classroom training?
    Classroom training sessions can be rescheduled, provided you inform us in advance. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and refunds or replacements are not available.
  • Where are classroom trainings held?
    The location and details of your classroom training will be included in the invitation email, which is sent after your booking is confirmed.
  • Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
    Yes, participants who complete a classroom training session will receive a certificate of completion.
