FOR FLIGHT AND CABIN CREW MEMBERS
During our Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) 2 days course, participants become acquainted with the basic content of CRM and its significance for their work on board. The focus here is on their own role in an efficient and safe flight as an individual, team member and as a part of an organsiation. We believe in the philosophy of learning through action and therefore the knowledge acquired is applied in practical and active group exercises that create the aha effect within the team.
